I'm Michael Brown, a former Microsoft engineer, CEO of Synaptic Weave (creators of Arachne), and a technology leader with more than 30 years of experience building and operating large-scale software systems.

My work focuses on AI infrastructure, developer platforms, and helping teams build reliable AI systems at scale. I'm currently building Arachne, an AI agent deployment runtime, to help organizations move from prototypes to reliable production environments.

I am also a leading voice in High Velocity Engineering (HVE), a framework focused on eliminating engineering friction and accelerating software delivery, and the founder of the Juneteenth Conference, launched in 2020 to celebrate and elevate Black professionals in technology.
